It is painful that’s why. This year try something a bit different and go for small and manageable changes to make your resolutions successful. Healthy beauty is all about the things we do everyday, or don’t which make our bodies what they are or are not. Focus on small and easily managed changes. Master one skill and then move on.
4 Easy Changes to a Healthier New You
Start with these 5 easy changes and then add new skills as you master the old ones. At the end of the year you will have made a lot of progress.
1. Drink more water. We need it to survive and for our bodies to function properly. Start with replacing one extra glass of water for your soft drinks or energy drinks daily. Work up from there.
2. Get more exercise. I am not talking about becoming a gym rat if you hate to exercise. I merely suggest working short 15 to 20 minute walks or moderate exercise periods into your days from her on out. Focus on doing more activity everyday. Your body will naturally train up and ask you to do more on its own. You do not need to stress the details too much, just get started and let your body dictate your activity levels after that.

4. Focus on Nutrition. You do not need to go cold turkey, buy focus on working fresh produce, tea, lean protein and skim dairy into your diet. At the same time, start taking out the processed foods that are high in sodium and fat from your diet. A good strategy is to find healthier substitutes for your favorite not healthy foods. Focus on being able to maintain your changes.
A little attention to detail and being able to maintain the changes you have made is all that is necessary to make solid strides to a healthier and more beautiful you. Taking the time to get started is really all you need to do and the rest will follow.
