Fight Wrinkles with Face Exercises

The face, just like other areas of your body is also made up of muscles. There are facial muscle exercises that can help you avert the signs of premature aging like wrinkles, fine lines and so on and such exercises are your best and safest bet of doing so. It also does not matter if you already have problems with wrinkles; performing facial exercises will significantly reduce them by toning your facial muscles and tightening the facial skin. Here now are a few samples of face routines that you can try right away.
Wrinkles along the facial region typically begin forming around and under the eyes. Here is an exercise that you can do to reduce wrinkles underneath your eyes and on how to get rid of bags under your eyes. Place two fingers along your temples (close to your ears); press gently and than start pulling the skin backwards. Flicker your eyes by quickly opening and closing them. Perform this routine for at least ten times every single day to tone the muscles around your eyes.
If there are fine lines and wrinkles on your cheeks, here is what you need to do. Seal your lips together and then fill your mouth with air. Puff your cheeks as you feel its skin stretch and keep that position for about five counts and then slowly release the air. Do this for about ten times. Your cheeks may feel a bit warm, but that is just okay as it is an indication that your cheek muscles are being stretched and that you are performing the exercise correctly.
Wrinkles along the forehead are true hassles. To get rid of them, sit upright with your head facing forward. Bring your eyebrows as far down towards your eyes as you possibly can, as if you are frowning. While doing so, crinkle up your nose and flicker your nostrils. Maintain that position for five counts; relax and then repeat the process again. Do this for about five times per day.
